In 2006, she graduated with honors from the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, achieving a BFA in Advertising Design and an AA in Communication Design. Over the years, Lauren's artistic flair has left an indelible mark on renowned brands, including Sunset Marquis Hotel, Michael Lang [Woodstock], Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, and more. Iris Chae

Senior Escrow Officer

Working in escrow for 18 years has not only given Iris the experience and knowledge in how to process or navigate through simple and complex residential and commercial transactions, but has provided her the opportunity to build a skillset in the best working environment possible, with specific detail to providing the best escrow service tailored to each client, professionalism, teamwork and most importantly, to build relationships every step of the way. Success is a planned event. As she handles each escrow, her goal is to make sure each file closes successfully and as smoothly as possible. Her goal and mindset is to support each and every agent with their continued success. Which is why we are thrilled to have onboard as our trusted escrow officer at The Mazami Group. When Iris is not working, she is spending time with her family

as a mother to a 12 year old son and a 7 year old dog.

Transaction Coordinator

Mac founded1 TC Lane in 2013 and it has become California’s premier transaction coordination company, successfully completing over 2,000 files. Mac’s focus and commitment is to protect the Buyer and/or Seller, the Real Estate Agent, and the Real Estate Broker from liability and to ensure the real estate transaction is compliant with the specific brokerage and California law. His processes stem from the countless number of files and experience, each with their own uniqueness and original set of challenges. Additionally, Mac manages the timeline and orchestrates reminders on all significant milestones that are included and required per the real estate purchase agreement. Our system is simplified so that our Buyers and/or Sellers can understand the transaction and complete the mutual agreed tasks stated in the contract. It is Mac’s goal to create an easy experience for the client and efficient process for the Real Estate Agent and Broker.
